Lucky Hariharan

Embarking on a Journey with 16 Years of Nursing Compassion, Workforce, leadership and Quality Management Expertise!
Sethulakshmi (Lucky) Hariharan is originally from the strikingly beautiful place called Kerala, India. At a very young age, Lucky helped her mother care for her aging grandmother. She found a lot of satisfaction in the pleasure her acts of care brought to her grandmother's face. She never really knew what meant to be a nurse; however, her kindness, empathy, and caring attitude made her want to become a nurse.
Lucky is a seasoned, motivated, and passionate registered nurse for the last fifteen years specializing in bringing value, dedication and commitment towards the customers and fostering positive relations among co-workers.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in nursing with a specialization in psychological counselling, coupled with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Lucky has been actively practicing in India since 2008. In 2012, she transitioned to working as a Registered Nurse in Australian aged care centers located in Victoria, Queensland, and Sydney where she has held various roles including Clinical Nurse, Care Manager, Clinical Governance Consultant, Clinical Educator, Quality and Education Manager, and Quality Assessor at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and a service Manager.
Having worked in Australian aged care quality and safety commission, also being a director of maroon healthcare (Australia) Lucky has built numerous networks within the health sector and expanded her professional relationship across more than thirty aged care centres and hospitals in Australia.
When she is not busy with work, Lucky H travel around the places to meet her friends and prefers spending her free time singing music of south India.

Shiju Mathew

I am thrilled of 19 years of critical nursing care and operational management experience
Shiju is an experienced healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in the aged care and disability services industry in Australia. He has been a registered nurse since 2005. Shiju has his family root in Kerala which is one of the most beautiful states in Southern India.
Since graduation, Shiju has held various positions within health care sector including senior leadership and management roles in Australia. Having held the Clinical Manager and Service Manager roles within leading Aged Care in Australia, Shiju has managed to make large network with different organizations and stake holders within the industry.
Additionally, Shiju has extensive knowledge and experience of acute complex nursing care and management, including working experience in intensive care units both in Australia and overseas. Shiju has a special interest in mentoring nurses and helping them to achieve success in their careers. Under his leadership, his organisation has achieved great success. He has always prioritised attention to detail in client services. He is a highly motivated individual who is always willing to extend his helping hands to young aspiring students and nurses and guide them in right direction.
